The Herd Grows

Now for my surprise post!

We have been blessed with another horse! His name is Marshall and he is a five year old lined-back Dunn gelding. He is very gentle and calm around the children. He and Ranger are already great pals. They do not like being separated for any reason. When Abby works Ranger, Marshall stands at the gate and whinnies until he comes back.  And when Abby brings Marshall up to feed him Ranger stands at the gate and waits for him. Thank you Grandpa Allen and Miss Snow for the wonderful gift!

Also, Daddy and Mommy decided to add twelve more chickens to our flock. The chicks are Black Astrolorps, which happen to be a favorite of ours!
