Last week Daddy's doctor confirmed that Daddy has another hernia. Today he went in to the surgeon to find out his thoughts and see if he would need surgery. We found out late this afternoon that Daddy will be having surgery tomorrow morning! He has to be there at 9am, but the surgery should start at 11am. He should be in surgery for a couple of hours (this time they aren't using laparoscopy, but they are actually making an incision), then recovery for a couple of hours. He's hoping they'll have him headed home around 3pm.
We are scurrying busily in preparation for tomorrow. We appreciate you keeping him in your prayers!

I will be praying. I remember writing from the doctor's office the day my daddy had a similar surgery. He needed it badly, and we certainly appreciated everyone's prayers as well.
