In April, William turned 5! As I look back on everything he has been through in the last five years, I think it’s amazing how far he has come! Even with everything he has been through, he never complains and he always perseveres. He LOVES Jesus! His speech has improved quite a bit and he can stand for 15 minutes or more with his long leg braces on (which are now too small, so we’re waiting for new ones). Keep on, little brother!
As a side note, I finished William's movie and entered it in the San Antonio Independent Christian Film Festival last year. It did not make it into the festival, but it was a lot of fun to do! The movies that won were absolutely incredible! Courageous, Indoctrination, Captivated...it is so refreshing to see Christian filmmakers making such meaningful films! It you didn't get a copy, but you'd like one, leave a comment with your address...I won't publish it, but that way I'll be able to send you a movie. I'm going to make one for the other little children now that we have a computer again. They are all excited to have their own movie!
