2 Week Catch Up: June 8-22

It's been awhile since I've been able to make a blog post. I had a couple prepared, but Mommy was unable to look at them until recently, so I decided to combine them. So much has been going on. We were finally able to get William tested for a couple of really important things. Check out his blog for more information. Also, we are driving to the city for his therapy now. We try to stop by and visit our great-grandfather, Pappaw, on the way home. It's always nice to see him! He adds William to the prayer list at his church every week and prays for all of us faithfully.


The alternator went out on our van a couple of weeks ago. I'm so glad Daddy is able to fix things like that! We all had a great time watching him (and playing out front)!

It's been really hot here! We love to play in the swimming pool, even though it's really for the little ones! Daddy recently brought our pool and water slide home from storage, so hopefully I'll have that to add soon.


We almost missed blueberry season this year. Mommy called to check on it the day before it ended. We got up early and picked blueberries for about 2 hours. We got 4 gallons this year. Not near as much as last year, but we are thankful to have fresh blueberries in the freezer!


On Father's Day we went to Pappaw's after church. Poppy, Aunt Michelle, Uncle Justin, and Uncle Larry were all there. It was really nice to see everybody!


Monday we went to the city to draw William's labs for his most recent testing, then we went to therapy. Afterwards, we were able to go visit cousin Travis and Kelcey's new baby, Bailee, Grammy, Papa, and Aunt Lisa.
