Adding to the Farm

We decided we needed a outdoor cat to take care of some troublesome rodents. Our aunt’s cat had kittens and they were kind enough to bless us with one. I am somewhat embarrassed to admit her real name, but it is Bloody Mary - those of you who understand the Reformation will know why we chose it.  Mary is a very sweet little kitten. She is gray with tan patches. She is great with Knox and lets him carry her any way he pleases without biting or scratching. She loves being carried around by anyone who is willing to do so. As soon as you walk out the back door she comes running and begs to be picked up, however she seems to know her real purpose as she has already tried to kill several birds (they are not the pests, but it’s a good beginning). :)

  1. Go Mary. I am sure she'll be a great rodent hunter. Our little male kitten just caught a cricket last night!
